Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve access to audiology services
- Lead and manage a team of audiologists and support staff
- Work closely with senior management and clinical directors to develop and implement departmental plans
- Contribute to the development of our Audiology department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Ensure high-quality services are delivered to our patients, meeting national standards and guidelines
- Post-qualification experience in adult audiology, with a strong background in management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to assess and rehabilitate patients with complex hearing needs
- Experience of clinical audit, research, and presentations at scientific meetings
