Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Lead for Adult Audiology to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Audiology department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our patients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult audiology, with experience in managing and leading teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve access to audiology services, working closely with our senior management team and clinical directors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve access to audiology services
  • Lead and manage a team of audiologists and support staff
  • Work closely with senior management and clinical directors to develop and implement departmental plans
  • Contribute to the development of our Audiology department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care, working closely with our clinical teams to deliver excellent services
Requirements
  • Post-qualification experience working autonomously in adult audiology
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge and clinical experience of adult assessment and rehabilitation techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
