N Family Club's Room Manager Opportunity

As a Room Manager at N Family Club, you'll play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our young children. With a focus on coaching and mentoring, you'll empower our Educators to deliver exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise and passion in teaching and coaching.
  • Support the development of our Educators, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional growth among our children.
  • Collaborate with the wider nursery team to ensure seamless delivery of our curriculum and standards.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £25,500 - £27,000, with performance-related bonuses up to £1,200 per year.
  • Flexible working patterns, including 4-day 36 hour weeks or classic 5-day 40 hour weeks.
  • Up to 32 days of annual leave, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice.
  • Free daily lunch and drinks, with access to a personal development fund of £100 per year.
