About the Role

As an Access and Outreach Coordinator, you will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver impactful programmes supporting talented students from underrepresented backgrounds. Your key responsibilities will include programme administration, event coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement, all while contributing to the strategic vision of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the Access and Outreach team, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and organizing refreshments.
    • Manage travel arrangements for the team and participants, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as primary contact for all enquiries, responding promptly and efficiently.
    • Develop and publish news, updates, and results through various channels.
  • Resource Development and Reporting
    • Create informational resources, such as posters and guides, for Access and Outreach activities.
    • Contribute to the evaluation of programme effectiveness and support the preparation of annual reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a good undergraduate degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and creative skills for producing promotional materials. Additionally, they must be committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data.
