The successful candidate will have proven experience in HR administration, particularly in transactional and processing capacities.

Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, calculating holiday entitlements manually, handling employee absence records, drafting and managing correspondence related to changes in employment contracts, and preparing and processing forms for payroll in coordination with a third-party payroll service provider.

Austin Fraser offers a competitive salary of £14.87 per hour and hybrid working options based in the city centre.
