We are based in Norwich and have an expanding Real Estate department. We are seeking an experienced Associate with 1-3 years PQE to manage their own caseload, handling freehold and leasehold transactions including disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.

We work with developers, investors, owner occupiers, public sector bodies, and landed estates, providing expert advice and support.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors
  • Conduct property transactions, including disposals and acquisitions
  • Advise on landlord and tenant matters
  • Work on property finance deals

Requirements

  • 1-3 years PQE as a Real Estate Associate
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
