Property Transaction Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled coordinator to join our conveyancing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and external parties to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.
  2. Transaction Coordination: Coordinate and manage property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and review critical documents, including contracts, deeds, and other legal instruments.
  4. Support: Provide administrative support to conveyancing solicitors, including calendar management, data entry, and filing.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in property law, conveyancing, or a related field.
  2. Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary:

$62,500 - $72,500 per annum, based on experience.
