Your role as a Senior Team Leader:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the site, adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Ongoing training and development of the team
  • Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining front-of-house standards and driving excellence in food, hotel, service, and beverage quality
  • Ensuring adherence to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing
  • Conducting regular stock counts and comparing them to usage reports, including waste records, to identify opportunities for tighter control
