Senior Planner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Construction team in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated programmes for multiple projects, incorporating design, commercial, and construction disciplines.
  • Produce and monitor tender event schedules, procurement schedules, and site logistics plans.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and attend regular site visits to ensure project progress.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Construction & Construction Delivery Teams to provide planning expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction planning, gained within a main contractor environment.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and their impact on planning.
  • Experience in developing claims and CE's.
  • Proficient in Asta Powerproject software and Bluebeam for take-offs and logistics planning.
