About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our growing legal team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business on a wide range of commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive business growth and success.
  • Providing timely and pragmatic legal advice to various business units, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promoting best practices across the business for legal, compliance, and risk management, driving continuous improvement.
  • Developing expertise in asset finance, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to support our business growth.
  • Ensuring England & Wales qualified Solicitor standards are met, with a minimum of 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
