**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Applications Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a specialist in pathology laboratory diagnostics, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless integration of our diagnostic solutions
* Onboard new customers by engaging teams in the launch of our laboratory systems
* Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and showcase our products
* Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end users, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in an application specialist role with one or more of the following specializations: haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences. You should also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel throughout southern England.
