Job Title: Prep Technician - Vehicle Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Prep Technician - Vehicle Specialist to join our team at Hawkfield Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough New Car Pre Delivery Inspections and Used Car Preparation checks, including servicing, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a range of vehicles.
* Maximize efficiency while maintaining company and industry standards.
* Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure work is completed in line with repair methods.
* Record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out using company and manufacturer systems.
* Provide colleagues and customers with detailed explanations of work required or completed through face-to-face and video communications.

Requirements:

* Fully trained and experienced service technician with an eye for detail.
* Strong understanding of manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
