About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at OutThere RPO. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders and enquiries in a timely manner, and providing an excellent customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide help and advice to customers using your knowledge of our organisation's products or services.
  • Sales Support: Sell additional products through customer service and build on-going relationships with clients.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle NetSuite system.
  • Communication: Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, and letter.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long.
  • Product Returns: Agree product returns in consultation with the relevant Account Manager/Department.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure all customer experience information is captured in Oracle NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
  • Account Management: Support Account Management through proactive activity.
  • Quote Generation: Generate quotes to customer requirements using Oracle NetSuite.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and keep up to date with changes.
  • Order Progress: Liaise with Operations regarding progress of all orders and inform customers of any late or incomplete deliveries.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any other reasonable ad-hoc task directed by Customer Service Manager relevant to operational activity.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
  • Sales Support: Experience in a sales support role is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literacy: IT literate.
  • Oracle NetSuite: Experience using Oracle NetSuite desirable.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
