**Job Overview:** Child Protection Coordinator

**Location:** Hybrid remote in Telford, UK

**Estimated Salary:** £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

As a Child Protection Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of child protection procedures within our team at SW Locums Ltd. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and effective delivery of services to children and families.

**Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the assessment and investigation process for suspected child abuse or neglect.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including children, young people, families, and partner agencies.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on child protection procedures and protocols.
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices in child protection, including legislation and evidence-based interventions.
  • Recording accurate and respectful information, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of child protection strategies and making data-driven decisions.
