Job Description

The role involves working with customers to identify and resolve technical issues related to our products, providing timely feedback into the development process, and documenting actions for effective communication. You will also collaborate with other teams, such as developers and technical account managers, to reproduce issues and develop permanent solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to user-reported issues within established Service Level Agreements
  • Triage customer reported issues and respond via ticketing system or remote sessions
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting at the application level and OS level
  • Identify fault areas (code, environment, configuration) and work with relevant teams to implement fixes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience with Endpoint Security software required
  • SIEM experience, including deep understanding of how SIEMs work, custom collections and data parsing, complex correlation rules, reports, and dashboards
  • EDR tools experience and strong networking knowledge
  • 4+ years of experience as a Support Engineer

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity in our workplace.
