Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Summary:
YourRecruit is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Administrator to support the busy sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer sales line calls, responding to new prospects, existing clients, and surveyors
* Manage surveyor queries, booking appointments, and providing support
* Coordinate with management and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
* Produce quotations on Word and PDF, following up with clients regarding outstanding quotations
* Log, book, and cost ad-hoc job work, staying in regular contact with surveyors to provide support and update their dashboards
* Create purchase orders, manage emails from the sales inbox, and proof documents when required
* Collect payments for domestic job work and log it on the system
* Set up new clients on the system and manage tender processes with Sales Managers

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
