SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR Role Overview
£26,000 per annum salary for a full-time position.
About the JobThis Administrative Support Specialist opportunity is available at a leading national service provider covering England, Scotland, and Wales. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Service/Service-Tracker system, including training, updating, importing reports, and emailing reports.
- Communicate service problems to relevant Service Managers and assist with administration tasks.
- Provide customer service via phone calls and respond to queries.
- Support Service Managers with administrative requirements, including email proofreading and report preparation.
- Facilitate communication between management and technicians.
- Manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and scheduling routine dates as required.
- Verify call-outs completion and log job-work orders onto the system.
- Maintain contract information, setting up new contracts, cancelling contracts, and amending contracts with management approval.
- Address technician mobile phone setup and troubleshooting issues.
- Clarify contract details when requested by technicians.
- Arrange parking for technicians and check on jobs due for completion, chasing technicians if necessary.
- Monitor technicians' service status and prepare regular reports for certain clients.
- Manage client portal access and troubleshoot any issues.
- Coordinate holiday cover for technicians.
