About the Position
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our team to provide safe and efficient transportation services to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive patients to medical appointments and between healthcare facilities, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. You will also maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment, communicate effectively with our central control team, and undertake patient and vehicle risk assessments.

Key Duties
- Drive patients to medical appointments and between healthcare facilities
- Provide assistance to patients when entering and leaving their homes
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicles and equipment
- Liaise with our central control team to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of patients
- Conduct patient and vehicle risk assessments, and document findings

Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Physical fitness to ensure patient safety and wellbeing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion towards patients
- Adaptability to meet the needs of the service
