Job Title: Female Support Worker
Job Summary: We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team at VP Forensic in the Liverpool area. The successful candidate will work with our client, providing support and care in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our client with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties
- Access the community and support our client to plan her day and interact meaningfully in the world around her
- Maintain daily records and motivate and encourage the client to achieve goals
- Support with social visits with family
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Child care experience
- Fluent English/Polish speaking would be beneficial
- A strong-willed character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presented
- A good understanding and knowledge about complex behaviour and brain injury
- Full working rights (we do not offer sponsorship)
