VP Forensic is seeking a Female Support Worker to join their team in the Liverpool area.

This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 due to the genuine occupational need to recruit Females for the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties
  • Maintaining daily records and motivating clients to achieve goals
  • Supporting clients with social visits and interacting with the community

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to show empathy
  • Child care experience and fluency in English/Polish
  • Full working rights and a strong-willed character
