Care Assistant

Our client, VP Forensic, is seeking a Female Support Worker to join their team in the Liverpool area. This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 due to the genuine occupational need to recruit females for the position.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm, with holidays included. The hourly rate is £16.00, plus holiday pay and pension.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, child care experience, and fluent English/Polish speaking skills. A strong-willed character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviors presented is also required. Full working rights are necessary, as we do not offer sponsorship.
Your role will include accessing the community, supporting the client to plan her day, and interacting meaningfully in the world around her. You will also maintain daily records, motivate and encourage the client to achieve goals, and support social visits with family.
