VP Forensic is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in the Liverpool area.

We are looking for a Female Support Worker to work with our client in the Liverpool area. This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 due to the nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties.
  • Assist with accessing the community and supporting our client to plan her day.
  • Maintain daily records and motivate our client to achieve her goals.
  • Support our client with social visits with family.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Child care experience.
  • Fluent English/Polish speaking would be beneficial.
  • A strong-willed character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviors presented.
  • A good understanding and knowledge about complex behavior and brain injury.
  • Full working rights.
