Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Community Resource Assistant to join our library team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting library programs and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing materials and equipment for library programs and events.
  • Assisting patrons with IT queries and providing technical support.
  • Maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for visitors.
Key Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software applications.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 kg.
Compensation Package

A competitive salary of $51,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.
