Rituals is a luxury brand that offers a unique shopping experience. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Rituals Advisor.

**Job Summary**
As a Rituals Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, showcasing our products and services to customers and providing recommendations to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
* Showcase our products and services to customers and provide recommendations to meet their needs
* Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a 'best in class' customer experience
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services
* Follow store operational and safety procedures

**Requirements**

* Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality
* A customer-service mentality and team-player's work ethic
* Decision making and problem-solving skills
* Good attention to detail, organised and structured
