About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our InMotion team at Gatwick North Terminal. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and commercial goals
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a clean and tidy environment
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
