About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at WHSmith's InMotion store in Gatwick North Terminal. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and commercial targets
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Basic knowledge of KPIs and sales metrics
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
