We are seeking an individual with compassion, enthusiasm, and dedication to join our esteemed team as a Resident Experience and Activities Lead.

About the Role:

Your primary focus will be to develop and implement a wide range of activities that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

You will work closely with residents, families, and staff to identify and understand their unique needs and preferences. This includes creating detailed life stories, planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, and arranging events and outings that foster engagement and participation.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming living environment, upholding the positive reputation of our care home, and embodying our core values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all interactions.

About You:

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience working with older adults in residential settings, particularly those with dementia. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a proven track record of organizing engaging activities and events.

A full driving license is also required. You will be expected to live our values and embody our philosophy of 'creating meaningful lives together'.
