What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience cooking Asian cuisine and confidence in handling a wok
  • Experience with organizing rotas and shift patterns for kitchen team members
  • A leader who can develop our chefs and manage takeaway and dine-in orders
  • Experience communicating with food suppliers and managing stock, forecasting, and ordering systems
  • A high level of organization and attention to food safety, with experience complying with health and safety policies
  • A love of food and a kind heart, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
