We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help them achieve their full potential.

Job Description:

The Behaviour Mentor will work closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement. The key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with students and helping them overcome challenges
  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN and mental health needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop strategies to support students
