Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ESG Sourcing Specialist to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our Sourcing and Procurement department, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with ESG regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ESG supply chain initiatives globally, focusing on carbon footprint, supplier diversity, and human rights.
  • Engage with clients, industry bodies, and stakeholders to discuss ESG-related topics and develop strategies for compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with ESG and sustainability regulations, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of programs and systems to drive simplification, standardization, and industrialization within the company.
  • Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage performance metrics to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
  • Act as an ESG subject matter expert, developing informational materials and providing training to internal stakeholders.
  • Implement ESG/Sustainability reporting systems, technologies, and automated processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field, with knowledge of ESG regulations and frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to analyze data and conduct data assessments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Work Environment

This role requires a minimum of 60-70% of the time to be spent in an office environment, with regular travel to company, client, industry, and supplier work environments. The office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking, and some lifting, with potential exposure to shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment.
