ESG Sustainability Strategist

Lead ESG Sourcing and Procurement Efforts

TechinipFMC seeks a highly skilled ESG Sustainability Strategist to lead our sourcing and procurement efforts. This role will contribute to the overall ESG strategy, focusing on three primary pillars: Carbon Footprint, Supplier Diversity, and Human Rights.

• Develop and implement ESG supply chain initiatives globally.
  
• Engage with clients, industry bodies, and internal/external stakeholders on ESG discussions.
  
• Stay up-to-date on ESG regulations and implement best practices for compliance.
  
• Contribute to program and system development for simplification, standardization, and industrialization.
  
• Identify ESG-related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain.
  
• Manage performance goals to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve efficiency.
  
• Act as an ESG subject matter expert, developing informational material and providing training.
  
• Implement ESG/Sustainability reporting systems and technologies.
  
• Develop internal controls and workflows for ESG processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.
  
• 5-7 years of related work experience.
  
• Knowledge of ESG regulations and frameworks.
  
• Understanding of ESG reporting requirements.
  
• Ability to analyze data and conduct assessments.
  
• Expertise in developing and presenting data.
  
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  
• Collaboration and communication skills.
  

This role requires a minimum of 60-70% office time, with visits to company, client, industry, and supplier environments. Office environment includes sitting, operating a computer, walking, and some lifting. Potential exposure to shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment.
