About the Role:
As a Project Scheduler Specialist, you will work closely with other departments to align project schedules, maintain and develop project plans, and produce internal and external project documentation. You will be responsible for supporting on-time delivery of project activities and documenting project process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing project plans
- Working closely with other departments to align project schedules
- Producing and controlling internal and external project documentation
- Liasing with internal project teams to support on-time delivery of project activities
- Liasing with internal stakeholders to document project process improvements
Requirements:
- Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
- Strong planning or scheduling skills
- An eye for detail and a thorough and meticulous approach
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work with your team to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of project management tools and software is advantageous
