Job Description

Achieve project controls on all projects through the application of consistent processes and methods, providing guidance to the wider project team. Apply best practice scheduling techniques to optimise schedules, identify and resolve conflicts, and assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including identifying and tracking dependencies between projects. Monitor and report on project progress, manage day-to-day accounting activities, and prepare financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver project controls on all projects through the application of consistent processes and methods, providing guidance to the wider project team.
  2. Apply best practice scheduling techniques to optimise schedules, identify and resolve conflicts, and assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including identifying and tracking dependencies between projects.
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, manage day-to-day accounting activities, and prepare financial forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Degree level education or relevant professional related qualification. Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role, working in an international environment. Advanced user of MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP systems, finance/controlling processes, and tools. Ability to communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders of all levels (internally and externally).
