Rostering Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our HR People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by assisting Sites with Rostering needs and ensuring rosters are built to budgeted activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Rostering Lead and People Team in developing and implementing effective rostering strategies
- Collaborate with Site Leadership Teams to ensure rosters meet business needs and budgeted activity
- Provide expert advice and guidance on rostering best practices and system utilization
- Develop and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization
- Identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
Requirements:
- Experience of working with rostering systems in a healthcare organization
- Excellent IT skills, including intermediate level Excel
- Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization
- Detail-focused with the ability to identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
- Flexibility to work across several locations and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required
