Rostering Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our HR People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by assisting sites with rostering needs and ensuring rosters are built to budgeted activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by assisting sites with rostering needs
- Ensure rosters are built to budgeted activity
- Work closely with the Rostering Lead, People Team, and Site Leadership Teams
- Build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation
- Identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
- Travel to our hospitals across the Ramsay Health Care group and our offices in Bedford and London, including regular overnight travel
Requirements:
- Experience of working with rostering systems in a healthcare organisation
- Excellent IT skills, including Intermediate level Excel
- Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation
- Detail focused with the ability to identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
- Flexibility to work across several locations and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required
