About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join our team on a large-scale industrial project in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all engineering activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and industry standards.
  2. Manage site surveys, setting out, and quality control to ensure accurate and precise execution of the project.
  3. Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
  4. Monitor construction progress, identifying any deviations from the plans, and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer working on large-scale projects with deep earthworks.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
  3. A degree in Civil Engineering would be desirable.
