About the Role

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to join their team on a large-scale industrial project in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site surveys, setting out, and quality control to ensure accurate and precise execution of the project.
  • Coordinate with the site team, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Monitor construction progress, identifying any deviations from the plans, and implement corrective measures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer working on large-scale projects with deep earthworks.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering would be desirable.
