Sales Support Engineer

New Resource Group is seeking an experienced Internal Applications Engineer to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate will assist with technical inquiries, review engineering specs and quotations, and ensure orders are accurate before processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage technical documents for LNG systems, including during installation and servicing.
- Develop and verify technical quotations and orders.
- Turn technical inquiries into quotes by gathering necessary details.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Services and Sales teams.
- Improve customer service processes.
- Provide support to other sales staff with tasks like order processing and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest technical knowledge and apply it in your role.
