Service Graphics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for targeting and gaining new accounts, driving new business in digital print sales, and cross-selling Service Graphics Group services and solutions. You will work closely with the production team and report directly to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Target and gain new accounts and drive new business in digital print sales
- Cross-sell Service Graphics Group services and solutions where appropriate
- Develop existing accounts, introducing new service offerings to and expanding our sales revenue
- Able to effectively sell all company offerings, including new innovative services that are developed
- Ensure client satisfaction at all times
- Effective time management and territory planning
- Good understanding of branch operations
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the team
- To record all activity on the CRM system
- Comply with all management reporting requirements
THE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be:
- Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of success in a sales role
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Customer focus with excellent relationship management skills
- Target driven with a track record of delivering results
- Full driving license
- Computer literate in Excel, Word and Power Point
- Experience in the Graphics/Print/Digital sector
- Effective, clear & appropriate communication style
- Always demonstrate an approachable and helpful manner and works well within a team and with clients
- Demonstrate, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask, plan & organise workload
- Ability to maintain good relationship with clients
- Ability to listen, understand, make suggestions, and interpret requirements of customers and colleagues
- Deal closing skills
- Good product & industry knowledge
WORK HOURS:
Full Time: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday which equates to a 40-hour working week with 1 hour lunch unpaid. This role can be Hybrid, with at least 3 days a week in office.
