About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a healthcare or social care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
