We are currently seeking a Relief Bank Worker (Support Worker) to join our team on a relief/ad-hoc basis. You will provide essential support, advice, and guidance to vulnerable individuals, specifically young people aged 16-24 with complex needs residing in supported housing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver basic support, advice, and guidance to vulnerable individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with service users to meet their individual needs.
  • Complete administrative tasks within the office and reception to support the wider team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Awareness of safeguarding issues with experience supporting vulnerable client groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm and positive approach, even in challenging situations.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel between offices.
