About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Bank Worker to join our team at Homes Plus, providing support to vulnerable individuals in our supported housing schemes. As a Relief Bank Worker, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to provide basic support, advice, and guidance to our service users, including young people aged 16-24 with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to vulnerable individuals, including those with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to complete administrative tasks and support the smooth running of the office and reception
  • Support service users in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and positive in demanding situations
  • Assess and deal with conflicting demands, prioritizing tasks to meet customer service standards
  • Travel between offices, requiring a UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Requirements

  • Awareness of safeguarding issues and experience of supporting vulnerable client groups
  • Ability to work well in a team and enjoy collaborative working
  • Commitment to delivering customer service to a high standard
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle
