Regional Sales Representative

Job Description
Titan Formwork Systems, LLC is a leading provider of shoring rental and sales services, featuring the TITAN HV Shoring System. Our company serves clients and projects coast-to-coast by offering engineered layout drawings, equipment management services, on-site training, and timely delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sell Titan Formwork products and services by developing and interacting with new and existing customers.
- Support technical sales and on-site service of large multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects in regional markets.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Establish business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Interface with key customer executives in a professional, mutually beneficial partnership.
- Retain and grow revenue, account share, and meet sales budget requirements.
- Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of architectural and structural drawings, estimating, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five years' experience in forming and shoring.
- Regional travel is required.
- Experience in forming and shoring is a plus.
