What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality care and support to learning-disabled adults. This will involve helping them with daily tasks, building their confidence, and enabling them to pursue their interests and passions.

You'll work a variety of shifts to support your work-life balance, and we'll provide you with the training and development opportunities you need to succeed in your role.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £ per hour, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.
  • Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
