Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to make informed decisions and choices about their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interactions, outings, and activities that promote independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, honesty, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and sleepovers.
  • Enhanced Adult DBS clearance.
