Campaign Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Campaign Project Manager to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our Web Store operations, you will drive engaging promotions and campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with design, editorial, video, marketing, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver Online Store promotions and campaigns, working closely with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Create and manage project plans, outlining dependencies, timelines, and launch schedules to ensure on-time completion.
  • Provide regular updates to global teams and leadership, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage cross-team communication, understanding technical instructions and their broader impact, and lead projects involving multiple countries, time zones, and dependencies.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, driving deadlines without panic and ensuring the highest standards of project completion.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional campaigns from ideation to launch, with experience in a large, complex environment.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to changes while meeting tight deadlines, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing large campaigns and creating detailed project plans, with a deep understanding of design concepts, terminology, and the creative agency environment.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the Web Stores, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
