Campaign Producer Job Description
Debro Group Ltd. t/a ABL Recruitment is seeking a skilled Campaign Producer to support the delivery of below-the-line campaigns for our client's TV shows and movies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume campaigns across Europe, ensuring timely and accurate asset delivery, and collaborating with regional marketing teams, designers, and producers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume campaigns across Europe, ensuring timely and accurate asset delivery.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams, designers, and producers to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Document existing processes and implement continuous improvement mechanisms within the production team.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks to save time and eliminate low-value manual tasks.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets.
- Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems, manage day-to-day escalations, and troubleshoot production issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in project management.
- Experience working with project management software to manage the life cycle of a job.
- Experience managing high-volume projects with geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of the workflow within a marketing, production company, or digital creative department.
- Additional languages (Arabic, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Turkish).
- Understanding of digital file and folder management systems.
- Static and AV production experience.
- Experience managing industry/marketing body approvals.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
