Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize our website and CRM development, performance, and planning
  • Lead and manage a team of digital professionals, including a Digital Producer / Front end Web Developer
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate digital strategy across the organization
  • Develop and execute social media, display advertising, email marketing, and search engine marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine marketing, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong IT literacy, with experience in CRM and supporter relationship management databases
