Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client's team in Nottinghamshire. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with mental health needs.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £35,392 - £42,618 per annum. This exciting opportunity offers a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years of service), birthday leave, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, flexible working, and access to Employee Assistance Programme and other wellness programmes.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with HCPC. You should have experience in delivering occupational therapy services in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership or management capacity. Your skills and qualifications will include:

  • An understanding of the therapy pathway to support patient journey from admission to discharge.
  • The drive to change and continuously improve, while being able to communicate the need for improvement through evidence and data.
