Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at a private mental health hospital in Nottinghamshire. As an essential member of the healthcare providers, you will play a crucial role in delivering acute adult mental health services.

About the Role:
We require a professional with excellent clinical governance and performance management skills to report on service effectiveness. Your ability to advocate for Occupational Therapy in acute/PICU settings will be invaluable. You will also develop therapy pathways for patient journeys from admission to discharge, driving continuous improvement through evidence-based practice.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. This position offers a salary range of £35,392 - £42,618 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits including 25 days annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years), birthday leave, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, support and training, flexible working, employee assistant programme, and wellness programmes.
